Heather

Heather started practicing yoga to "get in shape"  in 1997 and found out it in turn was shaping who she was to become. In 2004, she was trained under the Kripalu tradition after practicing Astanga with her traditional teacher(s) for seven years.  She taught powerful flow yoga for two months, then met her husband, had a son "Azaria" and her whole yoga practice changed.  During her pregnancy she practiced prenatal yoga.  In 2008, she enrolled in the Deeper Studies of Meditation and Yoga  200 hr program and found her practice evolved into becoming a true way of living in each moment... with peace and gratitude.
Heather offers Prenatal yoga and Ashtanga Flow with the Kripalu touch.
